Highbridge Yard and Highbridge Tower
1022 hrs-Southbound B749 heads along a stretch of track that Metro North Railroad built for freight trains to connect to The Oakpoint Link about 500 feet south of this location. Freights access the track that this train is on, at CP 8, where before Highbridge Yard was rebuilt, trains accessed The Hudson Line at CP 7, which no longer exists. There was also a diamond on which freights crossed a yard track in Highbridge, which no longer exists. It was the only known "Diamond" within New York City Limits. (Canon Rebel Digital)
