No exact date or location for this shot. BN 6850 was new as CS 980. Became BN 6850, BNSF 6850 then BNSF 1977. BN 3023 was new as CBQ 623 then BN 3023, BN 3518 then after rebuilding to a GP40M, BNSF 3017.
