| Frame grab from 4K video. CGs (cloud-to-ground lightning) had been striking to the west and north the whole time I was waiting for the train here, and I was hoping to capture something like this. A light shower had begun moments before the train arrived, and shortly the skies opened up and it poured the rest of the morning and into the early afternoon, all the way up to north of Junction City as I chased L581 toward Wausau. |
