Colin t Hart General I'm quite certain this is actually 75946. See http://www.railcarphotos.com/PhotoDetails.php?PhotoID=61586 for another view of this car. Note all the markings and weathering are identical, something which would be impossible with two different cars, especially of this age. 8/12/2016 3:08:26 PM
