| An E&LS train crosses Velp Ave./Hwy. HS at Howard, WI, on 23 Apr. '21. I'm not sure who laid these rails, which connect the former MILW main line to the former C&NW main line in the Howard Industrial Park. Old maps suggest that these rails were laid sometime after 1982. |
