| Louisiana & Delta CF7 1501 CITY OF NEW IBERIA was parked near the railroad’s headquarters in New Iberia, Louisiana. The locomotive had been built in November 1946 as ATSF F3A 19L, was rebuilt by the Santa Fe into CF7 2622 in May 1972, and purchased by the L&D in December 1987. It was the second L&D unit with this name; the first one being SW1200 number 1200. |
