| A large CN through freight has taken the east leg of the wye and fouls Millview Dr. while setting out and picking up cars at the north end of the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 5 Jan. '18. This train usually takes the west leg of the wye and fouls N. Lake St. while doing its work, but MoW crews were replacing a section of rail at that grade crossing at the time. The Fox Valley Energy Center (formerly Minergy Fox Valley Glass Aggregate Plant) loomed beyond the train, until demolition was completed in the spring of '16. Opened in Jan. '98, it stood idle since 15 Jun. '13. |
