Here is the second of two photographs on the back cover of the Autumn 1996 issue of "Keystone" magazine. Photo Caption: "Both the freight diesels and the reefers in the background command attention in this view from the old Altoona 8th St. footbridge, looking northwest, on July 25, 1952. The freight station was demolished about a year after this photo was taken." Photo by John Dziobko, Jr. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #8797 and #8798. Both are ES-15M's built by GM-EMD in 1952 and rated at 1,500 horsepower each.
