| An interesting four bay covered hopper at Plymouth. Plymouth is now served by the WSOR rather than Canadian National (modern Wisconsin Central, before that Milwaukee Road and Chicago and Northwestern). The WSOR has reinstated rail service to Sheboygan Falls and as far as Kohler, on an old inactive CNW right of way from Plymouth. The reactivated line comes within a few hundred feet of connecting with the Union Pacific (CNW) line that reaches Kohler from Sheboygan. If UP ever decides to embargo Kohler and the Kohler Comany from Sheboygan, it would be easy for WSOR to step in and take over. |
