| CN local parallels Thilmany Rd. while servicing the Expera Specialty Solutions (originally Shilmany Pulp and Paper Co.) paper mill on the banks of the Fox River via former C&NW rails at Kaukauna, WI on 5 Jun. '17. Looking northeast along Thilmany Rd. Thilmany Rd. used to continue past me to the right to connect to Catherine St., now it curves to the left and connects to what was Stribley Rd. to connect to Catherine St. It appears that the remnants of Stribley Rd. and Thilmany Rd. will now just be referred to as the latter. Portions of both roads were altered or removed during the restoration of the original Thilmany mill (behind me) and the creation of its new parking lot. |
