| Here is another end view of N&W caboose 518451, at Proctorville, OH in June 1992 (exact date uncertain). This view shows the "foliage" side, away from the "clean" side (I'm not sure exactly how to phrase this). The "C-3" class designation is visible at the lower right corner, and just to the left is the U-1 wheel stencil and COTS or similar information panels. |
