| This is something I saw way too much of in Minnesota and Wisconsin in the early to mid 1980s. The rail removal trains working their death march on so many lines. This is on the Soo Line in rural Washington County east of Hwy 15 picking up rail as it progresses west to North St. Paul picking up the old passenger main from Carnelian Lake. |
