Here are the back and front covers of the Pennsylvania Railroad's "East-West Time Tables" that were issued on September 29, 1946. Notable here is the depiction of PRR engine #5505, a T-1 (4-4-4-4) "Duplex" built in Juniata during December of 1945 and retired in March of 1953 after just eight years of revenue service. |
