| The lead unit, ex-C&O 1506, is an Electro-Motive Division 1500 hp differing from the GP15-1 through the use of a turbocharger, hence the "T" added to GP15. Only 28 were built - 25 to C&O and 3 to Apalahicola Northern in Florida. |
