Think how many days could be knocked off container transit time between the western roads and North Baltimore with a 35 to 40 mile per hour connection track right here. CSXT will of course gift it to NS Trying to pick up a few extra penny’s in the Chicago bottleneck. One of Rahm Emanuel’s stated goals more truck driving jobs (rubbering containers).
