A roster shot of the GP30 in some decent sun. That is one of the nice things about October. You can take a photo at mid-day and still get good sunlight. Here it is the rear helper on the days excursion train and it is sitting near the WMR station at Canal Place. This is a restored former Conrail 2175/Reading 3607 engine, as the original Western Maryland Railway never had any GP30s on their roster. Built in April 1962. |
