Heather Tautges General Joe is correct as to who my grandfather was. The engine was a great worker in the WC yards until it was retired to the museum. I used to be able to look out my bedroom window at it in the yards, now it is quite a drive to see it! Thank you for the wonderful picture. 11/18/2007 7:49:45 PM

David Wiener General This engine was named after my father. I submitted a story about how the engine came to be, to the owner of the slide. I hope he posts it here. While the engine is in running condition it is not used on the railroad. It is a nice static display at the end of the museum's line. 7/10/2011 11:42:00 AM
