Bill Walcott, in the yellow shirt, well known and respected citizen of Thomaston, jack of all trades, and Conductor on the Naugatuck RR, passed away on July 28, 2005. He is sorely missed by many. This photo was actually taken on 10/20/2001 at Thomaston, as he and Engineer (and Museum President) Ralph Harris add some water to the 529's tank. |
