Title:
LN E6A #756 - Louisville & Nashville
Description:
Typical scene as the EMD E6A unit #756 heads up a long string of varnish as it runs through the countryside. The location was not identified but it could be anywhere in Kentucky, Indiana, or any other state the L&N served. The loco was built in August of 1942 as LN #456A (serial #1626 and lasted on the roster until being scrapped in 1970. This was a Polaroid photo by Jim O'Dell photo. This is one of the first, if not the very first, Polaroid photo I have ever posted. I left it in the sepia color as it seemed appropriate for the photo.
