Description:
Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad 0-6-0 Class G-10 569 at Eola, Illinois on February 4, 1953, photographer unknown, print by Tom Klinger, Chuck Zeiler collection. Number 569 was built by the Brooks Locomotive Works (Alco) (c/n 30432) in February 1905 as a 2-6-2, CB&Q class R-4 number 1976. It was rebuilt to an 0-6-0 in August 1929 and sold for scrap in December 1953.
