Album Info:A beautiful Sunday afternoon spent in Blue Island led to a fairly busy day of trains. At one point there were three different trains going through the crossing at once. Many trains stopped and blocked the crossing for periods of time, including a Chicago Rail Link job that came back and forth through the crossing on the IAIS connector and the IHB line to Blue Island Yard. I also caught the Loram Rail Grinder Units in action on a IHB transfer. All pics in this album were taken between 1 and 5pm CST.
