Description:  NS often runs BNSF and Union Pacific power (Mostly Dash-9's and ES44AC's) through the Attica area. We had Just rolled up to the crossing when those bells started dingind and the gates came down! I bailed from our Ford Escape and ran to this open gravel area. Snapped a photo, and looked at ti. Well my lens had fogged over! So I did a quick shirt tail wipe off and got this shot! Still a wea' bit foggy, but I think the dichlight streaking is pretty neat.

Description:  A pair of Rock Island E-Units rest at KCS Knoche Yard after running up here as a light engine move BNSF O OTTKCM1 21A, behind a Dash-9 out of Ottawa, KS, and their former home on the Midland Railway, an operating museum based in Baldwin City, KS. They're finally on their way to new beginnings in Iowa on the IANR. The Es are CRIP 652 and CRIP 630, the GE was BNSF 4847.
